BY NATALIE CHAPMAN

Natalie Chapman, one of our stellar Access Services Student Assistants, has been asking staff and librarians 10 quirky questions to help students get to know us better. Natalie's first "Take 10" profile is a familiar smiling face: Jane Heys. --L. Landon
