Library books & paper journals are organized by subject and assigned a call number, found on the spine of the book. It usually looks like AA .B01 C02 2015. The first two letters are the subject and the last number will always be the year published.
Physics books and journals are found under QC on the basement floor (beige carpet). Some other call numbers of interest start with: QB (Astronomy), QD (Chemistry), T (Technology/Engineering).

You can look up the properties of materials in both reference books at the library or online resources.
The following books can be found on the main floor (grey carpet) of the library and cannot be removed from the library. Photocopy, scan, or photograph any pages you need to refer to later.
