The Data Liberation Initiative (DLI) is a subscription-based service agreement between post-secondary institutions and Statistics Canada.
This agreement means that faculty, staff, and students at Mount Allison University have access to some Statistics Canada data files that are not available on the Statistics Canada website.
Contact the Data and Digital Services Librarian to find out if they can assist you in accessing Statistics Canada data.
If you need data from Statistics Canada that is beyond the scope of the Data Liberation Initiative, you can apply to use microdata files inside a Statistics Canada Research Data Centre.
