The Newsstand: News & Happenings @MTA_Libraries

COVID-19 Update

Image of student wearing mask and carrying bookAs part of the University's phased re-opening plan, the Libraries & Archives is working on safety and cleaning protocols. We hope to provide "curbside" pickup in the lobby of the R.P. Bell Library very soon.

In the meantime, due dates on most library materials, including Novanet Express books, have been extended to September 30. Librarians are available for research and other assistance by e-mail, phone and Live Chat. Similarly, staff are working from home to provide access to Interlibrary Loans (electronic content only) and help with your Novanet user accounts.

The library's book drop remains open for patrons to return items, but it is not necessary to do so at this time. If you are outside Sackville, we recommend that you hang onto your books until libraries re-open and we can develop a plan for out-of-area book returns.

Please visit our COVID-19 guide for updates on services available, information about new electronic resources, and links to Live Chat and e-mail contacts. Thank you for your continued patience! Questions? Please contact us! We're here to help you, and we hope to see you in person soon.
