Open Access: Repositories

The MTA Repository is part of the Council of Atlantic University Libraries (CAUL) regional network: CAIRN (CAUL Atlantic Islandora Repository Network).
CAIRN aims to provide a central access point for digital projects, collections, and data held by Atlantic Canada's post secondary institutions. It is building a strong network to support best-practices data stewardship to ensure the continuance of the history, culture, and research performed in this region.

The Registry of Open Access Repositories Mandatory Archiving Policies (ROARMAP) is a searchable international registry charting the growth of open access mandates adopted by funders, universities and other institutions that require researchers to publish in open-access formats. Allows detailed searches of funders' and institutions' policies and mandates.

A Web-based finding aid for locating open access repositories in different subject areas.

The Global Open Access Portal (GOAP), funded by the governments of Colombia, Denmark, Norway, and the United States Department of State, lists open access repositories by region and subject areas.
