It is anticipated that beginning January 25, 2021 that the R.P. Bell library will be offering the following hours of operation:

Friday 8:10 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Saturday 10:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Sunday 1:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

***Update: January 20, 2021: The University Libraries and Archives will be closed to faculty and staff as of January 21, 2021 until further notice.  Services will be provided virtually whenever and wherever possible.  Services such as Novanet Express and Library-to-Go will continue and transition to our new Books-by-Mail service by default.

Borrowing

The University Libraries will continue to provide the lending of materials to Sackville-and-area members of the University Community (faculty, staff, students, off-campus [community] borrowers).

For students returning for the Winter term and observing the self-isolation period, the MTA libraries are again offering delivery of library materials to you in your residence room.  When filling out the Library-to-Go form online or placing a hold through the Novanet catalogue, add a note that includes the room number and residence building in which you live.

Library Reference and Research Help will continue to be done virtually via our Virtual Reference Help Desk service.

You can reach a librarian for research help by email, Live Chat, or phone 506.364.2564

You can also reach out to your subject librarian directly.  To see the full list, click here.

Once classes begin, Live Chat will be open 11 a.m. - 4 p.m. Monday through Thursday and noon - 4 p.m. on Friday.

Full hours for Research Help can be found by visiting the Library hours page and clicking on the Research Help tab.
