Theodore Harlan Estey came to Mount Allison University from Hartland, New Brunswick. He graduated from Hartland High School where he also earned a Governor General's Medal. While at Mount Allison, he pursued a Bachelor of Arts, a commercial course at the Academy, and an advanced course in accounting. In 1929 he was the first person to receive a certificate in Finance and Commerce from Mount Allison University.
