Four printers and photocopiers are located on the Main floor of the Library in the coffee shop area. All four machines act as printers, photocopiers and scanners. One machine will print in colour.
You may send documents to print directly to the library printers from any public workstation in the library, or upload them from our StudentPrint web platform from your personal computer or other computers on campus. You will be prompted to choose either the colour or black-and-white printers. You release your print jobs by tapping your ID card on the printer you have chosen.
All printers in the coffee shop may be used as scanners to scan and e-mail your documents. Scanning is free, but you will still need to log in at a printer/scanner by tapping your ID card.
Microform readers are available in the Microform room on the ground floor. Two of the readers are connected to PC workstations to enable scanning. These computers are not connected to printers. Scanned documents must be saved to a device (e.g., USB stick) and then printed.
Access Services staff will gladly photocopy materials for you as time permits. Additional fees will apply.
To prevent damage, please ask Access Services staff to photocopy all material from the Bell Collection of Acadiana or Rare Book (Davidson) Room. Regular rates apply.
There is a printer/copier/scanner located just outside the Music Library doors.
You can send items to print to library printers using your laptop or mobile device or any computer anywhere (your home computer, for example) by going to https://studentprint.mta.ca
Simply log in and follow the directions on the screen.
